Claude
How it works
Download, install, use. Three steps.
Claude skills are small instruction files that give Claude a specific capability. These are built around the actual problems that come up when running Google Shopping accounts, not generic AI prompts.
01
Download the skill
Each skill is a ZIP with its SKILL.md, scripts, and examples. Download the one you need. No account required.
02
Add it to Claude
In Claude, turn on code execution under Settings > Capabilities, then open Customize > Skills, click the "+" button and upload the skill. It appears in your skill list right away. Prefer to just try it first? Paste the skill text into a chat on its own.
03
Use it in a conversation
Type "/" in any Claude conversation and select the skill from the list. Paste in your data, exports, or URL and Claude will run the audit or analysis.
Available skills
Seven skills covering the full Google Shopping workflow.
Each skill is a complete package: a SKILL.md with scripts and examples, zipped and ready to upload. Download only the ones you need or grab them all. They work independently of each other.
Google Shopping Account Audit
google-ads-audit
A complete account health audit that works through campaign structure, settings, bid strategy, conversion tracking, Quality Score, and ad copy. Paste in your exports and get a structured list of wasted spend and structural problems, ordered by impact.
Google Shopping Feed Auditor
google-ads-shopping-feed
Checks your product titles and descriptions against the Google Product Data Specification. Catches missing required attributes, weak title structure, inconsistent categorisation, and GTIN errors. Works on raw feed exports or pasted product data.
Performance Max Auditor
google-ads-pmax-auditor
Grades your PMax asset groups and surfaces what is hurting performance. Works through asset quality, audience signals, listing group structure, and budget allocation. Gives specific fixes, not a generic checklist.
Negative Keywords Analyzer
google-ads-negative-keywords
Takes your search terms report and builds a ready-to-upload negative keyword list. Identifies irrelevant queries by match type, flags high-spend low-conversion terms, and groups negatives by campaign or ad group for direct upload.
RSA Ad Copy Generator
google-ads-rsa-generator
Writes Responsive Search Ad headlines and descriptions that avoid the robotic patterns Google Ads usually produces. Feeds off your actual product, landing page copy, and competitor positioning to generate variations that sound like a person wrote them.
Search Terms Analyzer
google-ads-search-terms
Reads your search terms report and separates the winners from the waste. Identifies queries worth adding as exact match keywords, those ready for negatives, and patterns in user intent you can act on across campaigns.
Landing Page Auditor
landing-page-auditor
Audits your landing pages for the issues that cause ad traffic to bounce: message mismatch, slow trust signals, unclear CTA, price friction, and mobile problems. Useful before launching a campaign or when clicks are coming in but not converting.
Why these work
Built from real accounts, not documentation.
These skills are built around the problems that actually show up when managing Google Shopping for e-commerce stores: feed attribute gaps, PMax asset grading, search term waste, and ad copy that sounds automated. Generic AI prompts miss the specifics that matter.
Schema-aware feed auditing
The Shopping feed skill knows the Google Product Data Specification field by field. It checks what Merchant Center actually validates, not what the help docs summarise.
Ready-to-act output
Every skill is built to produce output you can act on immediately: keyword lists formatted for upload, asset group grades with specific fixes, copy that meets character limits.
No course, no upsell
The skills are free because getting them into the hands of store owners who run their own accounts is useful to me too. There is no paid upgrade behind them.
When the skills are not enough
At some point the spend justifies more than self-serve.
The skills take you far if you have the time to work through the output. When you want more structure around your weekly routines, feed checks, and campaign reviews, PPC OS gives you the operating system to run your own Google Shopping properly.
