Done for you

Your Google Shopping campaigns, managed to actual margin.

I run your Shopping campaigns and product feed end to end. The free feed review shows exactly what is costing you money before you decide anything.

What is included

The full job, done. Feed and campaigns, together.

Most Shopping specialists work inside the campaign dashboard and stop there. The feed is the part that actually drives Shopping performance, and it is what most stores never get right.

Shopping campaign management

Performance Max and Standard Shopping campaigns built and managed to your actual margin, not a ROAS number someone picked because it looks good.

Product feed management

Your feed is the engine. I fix titles, attributes, disapprovals and data quality issues at the source, not just inside the campaign.

Search term and query control

Negative keyword lists built from real search term data. Your budget stops going to queries that cannot convert.

Bid strategy and budget allocation

Bids set to what the data supports. Budget moved to where margin is, pulled from where it leaks.

Merchant Center monitoring

Disapprovals, policy holds, and data quality warnings caught and resolved before they cost you coverage.

Regular reporting that makes sense

You get numbers that connect to your business: profit after ad spend, coverage rate, disapproval count. Not just ROAS and impressions.

Who this is for

Built for stores where Shopping should be working harder.

Full management makes sense when your monthly Google Shopping budget is large enough for the fee to pay for itself. The threshold is roughly $3,000 to $5,000 per month in ad spend. Below that, the in-house setup is a better use of your money.

  • You are spending on Shopping every month but the return does not match the budget
  • Your feed has errors you do not know how to fix
  • You want the work done properly, not handed to an account manager you will never meet
  • You want month-to-month, no lock-in

How it works

Four steps. You see what is wrong before you pay anything.

The process is short and front-loads the free work. You see exactly what is wrong with your feed before you decide anything.

01

Free feed review

We start with your feed and Merchant Center before anything else. I look at disapprovals, data gaps, titles, and structure. You get a written summary of what I find, with or without continuing.

02

Onboarding call

One call to understand your store, your margins, your best and worst products, and what has already been tried. I ask direct questions. You get direct answers about what I can and cannot do.

03

Feed and campaign setup

I clean the feed, build or restructure the campaigns, and set bids to what the data supports. Everything goes in your own Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts.

04

Ongoing management

Monthly: feed checks, bid adjustments, search term review, disapproval fixes, budget reallocation. You hear from me when something changes, not just at the monthly report.

Straight talk

No ROAS promises. No account managers. No running the retainer for sport.

I will not promise a ROAS target

ROAS is a ratio. It does not tell you if you made money. I manage to profit after ad spend. If that number is not improving, we talk about why.

You talk to me, not a team

No account managers, no juniors running your account. You deal directly with the person doing the work. That means faster decisions and no information getting lost.

No autopilot

Google wants you to hand control to its automation. That is not always wrong, but it needs human oversight. Your account gets real eyes, not a set-and-forget strategy.

I will tell you if it is not working

If after a reasonable period the numbers are not moving in the right direction, I will say that plainly. No invented reasons to keep the retainer running.

Questions stores ask first

Roster is currently at capacity. One spot opens up roughly every quarter.

Start with a free feed review.

No commitment. I look at your product feed and Merchant Center, tell you what is wrong and what it would take to fix it, and you decide if you want to move forward. If you are above the management minimum, the next step is a call. Below it, I will point you to the in-house setup. Either way you hear from me within 24 hours.

Starts with a free feed review. Month-to-month. You keep the account either way.

No pitch on the first reply. I will tell you if I can help, or point you in the right direction.
