Free feed review
Same starting point as everything else: I look at your feed and Merchant Center before any paid work begins. You get a written summary of what I find, and a clear picture of the setup work ahead.

Scoping call
We go through the review findings together, agree on the scope of the setup work, and confirm who on your team will be running the account. One call, no pressure.

Feed and campaign build
I do the technical work: feed cleanup, campaign structure, bid setup, negative lists. Everything built in your own accounts. Typically two to four weeks depending on the complexity of your catalog.

Training sessions
Live sessions with the person running your account. We work through your actual campaigns, not hypothetical examples. You finish knowing how to manage what I built.

Playbook handover
You receive a written playbook covering the recurring tasks and decision points. Your team can run the account independently from this point.

On-call support (30 days)
I stay available for questions for 30 days after handover. If something comes up that your team cannot resolve, I am a message away.
