Invalid value [condition]
The condition attribute contains a value other than the three Google accepts: new, refurbished, or used.
What this error means
Google accepts exactly three values in the condition attribute: new, refurbished, and used. Your feed sent something else, so Google cannot classify the product and disapproves it. When the attribute is missing entirely, Google assumes new, so this error is almost always about a wrong value rather than an absent one.
Why it happens
Stores describe condition in more shades than Google allows: "like new", "open box", "B-stock", "renewed", "second chance", or a translated word from a store that does not run in English. None of those are accepted. They usually enter the feed from a custom condition field or a marketplace-style grading system that gets exported as-is.
How to fix it
- Find the exact value your feed sends in
conditionfor the flagged products. - Map every store-side grade onto one of the three allowed values. "Open box", "like new", and every B-stock grade count as
used, unless the product was professionally restored and carries a warranty, which makes itrefurbished. - Use the exact English values
new, refurbished, orused, regardless of your store's language. - Keep the finer grading visible on the product page itself, where it belongs and where shoppers will read it.
- Resubmit the feed.
Fixing it in your store
Add a mapping rule in your feed tool from your store's condition labels to Google's three values, so new grades added in the store cannot break the feed later. If everything you sell is new, hardcode condition to new in the feed and the attribute can never cause trouble again.
How long until it clears
Expect 1 to 3 days after the corrected feed reaches Google.

Invalid value [availability]
The availability attribute contains a value Google does not recognize, such as 'pending' or a translated word, instead of one of the four allowed values.
Insufficient unique product identifiers
Google does not have enough unique identifiers (GTIN, MPN, brand) to understand your product, so it limits or disapproves it.
