Mismatched value (page crawl): availability
The availability in your feed does not match the availability Google found on your product page, so the product is disapproved.
What this error means
Google crawls your product page and compares the availability there with the availability in your feed. When the two disagree, for example the feed says in stock while the page reads as sold out, Google disapproves the product so a shopper is not sent to something they cannot buy.
Why it happens
The usual cause is a timing gap. Stock changes on the site, but the feed still holds the old value because it was generated earlier or has not refreshed. Google can also read availability from the structured data on your page, so a mismatch between that markup and the visible stock status counts too. Fast-moving stock, delayed feed updates, and out-of-sync structured data are the common triggers.
How to fix it
- Make the feed availability match what the product page shows for the same item, right now.
- Check the structured data on the page. If the
availabilityin your markup disagrees with the visible stock status, fix the markup. - Make sure the landing page opens the same variant Google is reviewing, not just the parent product page, since a preselected variant with a different stock status counts as a mismatch.
- Increase how often the feed refreshes so it keeps pace with real stock changes.
- Consider enabling automatic item updates in Merchant Center, which lets Google update availability from your page's structured data between feed refreshes.
- Resubmit the feed and wait for re-crawl.
Fixing it in your store
Availability lives in your store's stock system, and this error almost always means the feed is a step behind it. Make sure your feed tool reads live stock rather than a cached value, and that its refresh schedule matches how fast your stock moves. If your product pages output availability in structured data, confirm that markup is generated from the same live stock status, since Google can compare against either.
How long until it clears
Once the feed and page agree and the product is re-crawled, this often clears within 24 hours.
